Right now they are so cute. I smile on the inside only. He will throw down whatever he is holding and stomp his little feet and scream. Then he cries... cause Mommy spanks his butt. Amazingly these episodes are becoming fewer and farther between. I refuse to be embarrassed by my child thinking he should get his way. If only I could put blinders on him when he is around his father. They act the exact same. Trust me if I could discipline my husband by spanking I would. I believe that behavior is unacceptable no matter what age the person is.
I was spanked as a child when I misbehaved. My husband was not because his mother was afraid to. I think it really shows in how we parent. It really shows in how Mason behaves around us. When I am around he is good as soon as I leave the room he is naughty. I hope they get along okay on Sunday.
