Yesterday

Wednesday I actually didn't get on the internet. I know your thinking so what big deal. Trust me it is a huge deal for me. Everyday while Mason is napping I jump on the internet and check my e-mail but I didn't yesterday. Nope, I opted to take a nice long soak in the tub and that is all I did yesterday.
I didn't do any laundry or dishes or vacuum. I didn't even pick up Mason's toys. My husband got home and asked if I was sick. His face was priceless when I told him that no I wasn't sick but that I had spent the day doing nothing. He was shocked to say the least.
I e-mailed him early this morning and asked him to bring home milk. Well he called me just a couple of minutes ago and asked if I would rather go to the store by myself or have him bring it home. I am no dummy and said that I would go by myself. Really when else do I get 1 whole hour by myself. Now I am counting down the minutes until he gets home at 4. He even told me he would make supper while I was gone.
He must want something. It is the only conclusion I can come up with. It must be something big.

No Internet

Not to be melodramtic or anything but this evening our power went off during a thunderstorm and we had no internet. It only last for about 10 minutes but I was still like 'OMG! We have no internet' and I wasn't even on the computer at the time. How sick is that? Sometimes I get these totally irrational thoughts and have no idea where they come from.
As you can see we up and running again so no fear here. I can now sleep peacefully now.

Thursday & Friday

Well after I drug him all over town before taking him home he was more than happy to "play" in the garage until supper. That was not my intention when I picked him up but while I was in town there were some things that I needed to do. he got over it. Now the lawn mower is ready to go thanks to him "playing" in the garage. He is crazy if he even thinks he is going to get to mow the yard first.
Friday Austin got up and went to work. I was so glad to see this. He had been talking about working from home. That would have meant that he would have taken over my office and internet. Totally unacceptable. So he went to work and got home about his normal time. I was glad about that. Hopefully it will get the dog on a better schedule. He gets on the back of the couch about 3:30 and waits for Austin to get home. Most of this time he is doing a real soft whine. If Austin is out of town he will stay in the window the whole first night and part of the next day. I do not understand this seeing as how he is attached to me and not to Austin.
Friday night we stayed home and vegged. It was nice. I didn't even have to ask Austin to put Mason to bed he just did it. If only he was that considerate all the time.
