I wasn't sad to see 2010 go...
Now that the holidays are over I can get back to my regularly scheduled... schedule...
I have all my photos for my 365 challenge! Now that the holidays are over and the sewing machine is put away for awhile I can actually get them edited and posted. After all what else is there to do in Iowa in January? That's right! It is cold, the wind is blowing, and the sunshine is lying! It lies until mid-April.
This weekend though I am off to my parents house with Mason for a couple or 4 days. I don't get to go near as often as I used to. My husband sure isn't complaining about that though. I have been babysitting a little 5 month old little girl and so I know that I have to be home on Monday mornings by 10. I told her parents that I was taking a couple of days off next week so I won't be home until Tuesday.
I think my husband is looking forward to a couple of days alone. I can't say as that I blame him. What I wouldn't give for a couple of days alone at home. Let's just say it would pauper me.
I'm looking forward to 2011 being a great year for me. I have plans to branch off my photography from being the 'go-to' newborn photographer to more of everything. I've also got some fine art photography opportunities coming up that I am super excited about. I also have 2 weddings on my calendar... I'm a little nervous but I'm sure I'll get over it... hopefully...
And now I have to get off here and go get Mason and I packed to leave... Should be fun... but first I think I'll go wake up the husband just because I didn't get to sleep in.
Oh and I got to start the new year off with my period. I'm hoping and praying this is a good sign!!
